HOERI SPA Etiquette –
A prerequisite for wellness enjoyment

We want all guests to be able to enjoy the full extent of relaxation in our wellness & spa area. In order to be able to guarantee this 100 percent in the HOERI SEE SPA, certain rules are indispensable. Our aim is not to restrict enjoyment, but – on the contrary – to strengthen the individual’s sense of freedom. Considerate behavior in the entire wellness & spa area is the basic prerequisite for ensuring that every guest feels completely at ease.

We therefore ask you to read the following details carefully and to adhere to the guidelines during your stay at Hotel HOERI’s SEE SPA. This way, you can enjoy the finest wellness just like the other guests. In addition to the behavior-specific points, you will also find general information, for example on booking and opening times.

Booking an appointment

We recommend that you book your desired appointment in good time in advance by telephone or email. If we have an appointment available, we will of course also be happy to accept your reservation spontaneously.
If you cannot find your desired treatment in our offer, please contact the spa reception. We will be happy to organize an individual treatment or personal coaching for you.

Arrival

Please arrive at our spa reception about 5-10 minutes before your agreed appointment.
This will allow us to get you in the mood for your wellness & spa experience.

Tranquility

Our entire wellness & spa area is a place of peace and relaxation. For this reason, access to the sauna area and the associated relaxation rooms is only possible from the age of 16. Please observe the cell phone-free zone in the sauna area and relaxation rooms.

Smoking

Our entire Wellness & Spa area is defined as a smoke-free zone.

Cancellation of appointment

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, but at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up or cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, we will unfortunately be forced to charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the treatment price. Thank you for your understanding.

Delay

If you arrive late, please understand that we will have to shorten your treatment accordingly if the therapist or treatment room is booked afterwards.

Valuables

Please leave your valuables in your room safe. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for valuables you bring with you.

Panoramic pool and sauna area / family times

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna area. In the panorama pool area, we offer family time from 10:00 to 14:00, during which your children can enjoy the pool under your supervision. Parents are responsible for their children. During the rest of the time we ask you to keep quiet by the pool. Please note that the pool area is not supervised.

Our entire repertoire of treatments is also available as attractively packaged gift vouchers. In our SEE SPA Shop we also have high-quality care products as well as beautiful gift ideas and souvenirs for you.
