HOERI SPA etiquette –
prerequisite for wellness enjoyment

We want all guests to be able to enjoy complete relaxation in our Wellness & Spa area. In order to be able to guarantee this 100 per cent in the HOERI SEE SPA, certain rules are necessary. Our aim is not to restrict your enjoyment, but – on the contrary – to strengthen everyone’s sense of freedom. To ensure that every guest feels completely at ease, considerate behaviour in the entire Wellness & Spa area is the basic prerequisite.

We therefore ask you to read the following details carefully and to follow the guidelines during your visit to Hotel HOERI’s SEE SPA. This way you can enjoy wellness at its best just like the other guests. In addition to the behaviour-specific points, you will also find general information, for instance on booking and opening times.

Book an appointment

We recommend that you book your desired appointment well in advance by telephone or email. If we have a free slot, we will of course also be happy to accept your reservation spontaneously.
If you cannot find the treatment you are looking for in our offer, please contact the spa reception. We will be happy to organise an individual treatment or personal coaching for you.

Arrival

Please report to our spa reception about 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This will allow us to prepare you for your Wellness & Spa experience.

Quiet

Our entire Wellness & Spa area is a place of peace and relaxation. Therefore, visits to the sauna area and the adjoining relaxation rooms are only possible for guest aged 16 or above. Please note that mobile phones are not permitted in the sauna area and in the relaxation rooms.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire Wellness & Spa area.

Cancelling your appointment

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, but at least 24 hours. If you do not turn up or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. Thank you for your understanding.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, please understand that we will have to shorten your treatment accordingly if the therapist or treatment room is booked afterwards.

Valuables

Please leave your valuables in your room safe. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for valuables that you bring with you.

Panorama pool and sauna area

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna area. In the panorama pool area we offer a family time from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., where your children can enjoy the pool under your supervision. Parents are responsible for their children. During the rest of the time, we ask that guests remain quiet in and around the pool. Please note that the pool area is not supervised.
